John Hutchinson - President
Prior to joining The Vora Group, John was a Managing Director with Huron Consulting Group. John joined Huron in its first year as a venture funded start-up in 2002, continuing with the firm through its transformation into a public company with nearly $600MM in annual revenue in 2009.
While at Huron, John held leadership roles within multiple practice lines in the areas of strategic procurement, strategic sourcing, and eProcurement. In addition to practice leadership responsibilities, John developed and executed transformative consulting engagements for a wide variety of domestic and international clients, in some cases joining client leadership teams in an interim executive role.
Prior to Huron, John has held product development/management and business development responsibilities in the technology space with Divine, Inc., Intira Corporation, and Unisys Corporation.
John holds an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Notre Dame
Robert Packnick - Vice President of Client Services
Robert Packnick is Vinimaya's Vice President of Client Services, responsible for all implementation, operation and support of Vinimaya solutions for both clients and partners. Prior to joining Vinimaya, he was Director of Client Services at TPN Register, overseeing multiple, large-scale, Fortune 500 B2B eCommerce implementation projects. Rob has more than 12 years’ corporate level management experience with companies including Borders Group, Cosi Inc., and Automated Business Systems in the areas of Procurement, Finance, Facilities, Consulting and Systems Application Development.
Rob received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University and a Masters of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan State University.
Mike Precia - Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Prior to joining Vinimaya, Michael was the Vice President of Sales at Perfect Commerce. While at Perfect Commerce, Michael successfully led the sales organization through multiple significant acquisitions, including Purchasepro, Escout, Pantellos and Commerce One. Prior to Perfect Commerce, Michael was Global Vice President of Sales at Ketera. During Michaels tenure, the company experienced record revenue growth, launched a new Sourcing product, a new eProcurement platform and a new Supplier Portal.
Before entering the eProcurement industry Precia held a sales leadership role at Worldcom, and was a founder of Summit Point Systems, an e-commerce company successfully built and sold by the management team. Michael’s broad business background and entrepreneurial spirit allow him to quickly connect with clients to identify business challenges and develop creative, high-value solutions.
Michael holds a BA in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Senthil Vadivel - Director of Product Development
Senthil is Vinimaya's Director of Product Development, responsible for all software architecture and engineering activities in the U.S. and India. Prior to joining Vinimaya, Senthil worked as a senior platform architect for Vinimaya's Offshore Partner Ascendum Systems Ltd. in Bangalore, India. Before Ascendum, he was a senior programmer at TradAction India.
An expert in J2EE and object-oriented programming, Senthil holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Masters Degree in Computer Applications, both from Bharathiar University in Coimbatore, India.
Erinn Tarpey - Director of Marketing
Erinn is responsible for Vinimaya’s branding, positioning, promotions, events, analyst & press relations, and lead generation efforts. Prior to joining Vinimaya, Erinn led the marketing efforts at PurchasingNet, Inc., a provider of e-Procurement, e-Payables, and Financial Management solutions and services. Before to making the move to in-house marketing, Erinn was a VP & Partner at the New York-based agency, Biederman Kelly Krimstein & Partners. Additionally, Erinn’s experience includes advertising agencies like Ogilvy & Mather, Merkley Newman Harty, and Athorn, Clark & Partners, working primarily with B2B and Consumer technology clients such as FreeMarkets, Tyco, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Kodak Digital Imaging, and BellSouth.
Erinn holds a B.A. in Journalism and Public Relations from Lehigh University.
Venkat Krishnan - Director of India Operations
Venkat is Vinimaya's Director of India Operations, managing Vinimaya's Offshore Development Center in Bangalore India. Prior to joining Vinimaya, he was senior technology manager at Ascendum Systems Ltd. Venkat is an original member of the development team that created Vinimaya's patent-pending SmartSearch Catalog Integration System, and is an expert in Java and object oriented programming.
Venkat received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Software Systems, both from BITS, Pilani, India.
