Vinimaya's Client and Partner Services Organization is dedicated to ensuring that our Clients and Strategic Partners are provided with the best possible knowledge, training and support required for successful deployment and ongoing utilization of their Vinimaya products.

	Implementation Services
	Vinimaya's Professional Services Organization is staffed by knowledgeable and experienced business and technical experts trained to ensure that Vinimaya software is properly installed and configured, integrates seamlessly with the required Client systems and that clients are properly trained to operation of our products. This, along with implementation processes that are designed to be efficient and non-invasive, ensure our Clients will begin realizing the benefits of Vinimaya products as quickly as possible.


	Training Services
	Two types of Training Programs (including Train-the-Trainer Programs) are available to Clients. User Training including curriculum and training materials and Operational Training for the Client’s IT department or ASP on operating and supporting Vinimaya products.


	Customer Services
	Vinimaya stands behind our products, offering Clients online Customer Service support@vinimaya.com, access to our Help Desk (1-888-808-8464 is available from 8am to 8pm EST Monday thru Friday except Holidays) and a dedicated Customer Support Team includes members of both our Professional Services Organization and Product Development Team who have a deep knowledge of both our products and related systems and are available to clients on an “as needed” basis. We also offer customized programs including 24/7 Support that can be tailored to each clients specific needs.


	Hosting Services
	Vinimaya offers both basic and premium application hosting services and application administration services (via partnerships with leading ASP’s) including Servers, Data Storage, Internet Access, Security and Firewall Management, Operating System and OEM Software, System Management and Administration.
