Vinimaya Inc. is a key investment of a privately held global investment group, Vora Ventures, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. Vora Ventures has ownership in, and management of, 11 technology companies worldwide with cumulative annual revenues over $100 million (profitable) and cumulative employees in excess of 2,000. Founder and Principal Mahendra Vora is a successful high tech entrepreneur, having created, operated and sold multiple high tech companies over the last ten years.
Vora Technology Ventures is also the owner of the Vora Technology Park (www.voratechpark.com), the largest tech-park in the Midwestern US. The investment group is current building a $100 million Tier IV data center with partner Cincinnati Bell.
Vora Group also maintains a strategic partnership with Adani Enterprise (an $8 billion entity) for its India operations and is currently working with the Government of India to develop India's first Tier IV data center, which will be the largest in India, representing an over $250 million investment.
